Am I able to modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

CUSTOMS & FEES

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

Orders shipped within the UK or UAE are not subject to customs or import fees. International orders may incur such fees upon delivery. If you refuse to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to Cloudbox Gifting, a shipping & handling fee might be deducted from your refund
