What we don't cover

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, such as improper handling or inadequate care.
  • Scratches, chips, or damages typical of regular use.
  • Damages from third-party repairs, adjustments, or modifications.
  • Loss or theft of items or parts.
  • Sale items.
  • Discoloration or tarnishing due to chemical exposure, perfumes, bleaching, heat, and regular use, beyond our control.

Warranty Service

If your item falls within the warranty parameters and exhibits a defect covered by our policy, Cloudbox Gifting commits to:

  • Replacement: Provide a replacement at no additional charge. In instances where the original item is no longer available on our website, we will offer an alternative of equal value or a similar style.
  • New Warranty Period: Any replacement item will benefit from a new warranty period starting from the date it is issued.
