How long do I have to return my item?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if you want to return. This generous period allows you to make the best decision regarding your purchase.

You must cover the cost of postage.

What don't you accept returns on?

Personalised Items and Earrings: Due to their unique nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalised items or earrings, unless they are faulty. If you have concerns or questions about your order, please get in contact.

Conditions for return

  • Item Condition: All returned products must be in their original condition, complete with all packaging.
  • Personalised Items: We do not accept returns on personalised items. Please note that this category includes all products featuring letters.
  • Earrings: We do not accept returns on earrings unless they are defective.
  • General Items: Returns of non-personalised items can be sent to either our UK or Dubai warehouse, accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us for more information

Processing Returns

  • Processing Time: Returns are processed within five working days after receipt by our warehouse.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds typically take between 2-10 days to be processed back to your original method of payment.
  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
