Please check your junk or spam folders in case the email with the tracking information is directed there. Please note your parcel will not show tracking updates until it arrives in your country. 

All personalized items are custom-made upon order.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will find an estimated delivery time during the checkout process. Please note that while we ship personalized items internationally, non-personalized items are only available for purchase in our UK and UAE online stores, which may influence both the shipping cost and delivery time. If your items are sent from different warehouse locations, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
