Cloudbox Gifting accepts payment by credit or debit card, other online payment methods, and also offers cash on delivery for customers in Dubai. Payments must be made in full at the time of the order for online payments. For cash on delivery, payment must be made upon receipt of goods.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details on how to return unsatisfactory products or to claim refunds.
5. Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will be offered a substitute of the same quality and value, or the option of a full refund.
